BMT Cordah’s has two principal business foci.
First, we support agencies in the development and improvement of their
procedures in for environmental management. BMT Cordah offers assistance in
development and implementation of environmental management systems for local
and national entities and departments. Increasingly, and in response to growing
demand we offer a comprehensive package covering environmental, health, safety
and quality assurance and management. All of these services assist national and
local governments move forward on their initiatives to be more sustainable and
effective in the delivery of their mandates.
Second, BMT Cordah implements projects supported by local and national
governments to assist policy and strategy formulation and decision-making with
regard to certain sectors. BMT Cordah has particular strengths in management of
coastal and marine systems and has undertaken numerous projects with this
focus. Increasingly, some agencies and departments are interested in evaluation
of the performance of specific publicly-funded projects and BMT Cordah has
developed a skill base and portfolio or project evaluation work.
